The work went well, especially under difficult conditions. Our home was heavily damaged by a broken water line while we were on vacation. Quick repairs were of the essence. Frank worked closely with us in selecting the tile and carpet. He reworked his installation schedule to fit our needs and the general contractor’s schedule. All work was done on time – in fact they finished one day early! Work was of excellent quality with difficult rooms to maintain the tile pattern. We very much appreciated Frank’s suggestions during the tile and carpet selection process and his help choosing the right grout. All work was done professionally. The workers were attentive and cordial. Frank responded to every phone call or email question quickly and thoroughly. Best of all – the final result is great. We love the tile and the workmanship.
